No. Fire NOCs are issued by the Karnataka State Fire and Emergency Services. Our audit tells you, honestly and in detail, where your building stands and what to fix, and helps you prepare a stronger NOC application or renewal. We say so on every report.
No. Fire Rounds run on your guards' phones and printed tags. Pump room sensors are optional, come later, and are included in the subscription rather than sold to you.
No. That is what keeps us independent. Your existing vendor fixes what we find; we check the fix. We don't take commissions from vendors.
They scan a tag at each fire point, such as the pump panel, a staircase door or an extinguisher, and answer simple picture questions. It adds a few minutes to a round they already walk, and it works in Kannada, Hindi and English, even with no signal in the basement.
Your building's managers and the people you name, such as committee members, and AgniSure's own team. We share data with anyone else, such as an insurer, only if you ask us to.
Audit photos are sent to Anthropic's Claude, which helps our engineer review them and draft the report wording. It doesn't decide anything, and every suggestion is recorded. Photos are used only to provide our service to you.
